Oh, baby...it was cold (and rainy) outside, which may have accounted for our wooly success during Small Business Saturday Artisan Market at Ephemera, our local art shop. Daughter and I had one of 8 tables; our table runneth over, but incredibly we sold almost everything.
We were shocked.
We knit the day away.
It was great!
Now, back to the regularly scheduled program.
Congratulations! Sorry I had to miss the event.

Your display looks great! Congratulations on selling so much! I've only just started selling stuff. Hoping by next year I'll have enough stock built up to do some shows.

Goodness, that is a table full of beauty!! No surprise that you sold almost everything. Bravo!

I missed everything this past week-end but being with my family in Florida was worth it! Let me know when you are having a "sale" again!

Wow, I am so impressed. I've been selling my jewelry for years and never have come close to selling out. I am also amazed that you knit enough to fill a table. You must be much faster than I am!

I think you did so well because everything is beautifully knit and lovely. I've seen some pretty amateurish knits at craft shows.

Wow, Steph!! That is so great!!!!

Well done, Steph, selling so much handknit goodness at this show. I've never sold a huge amount at similar events, no more than a couple of hundred dollars' worth at any one show. But I liked the challenge of setting up an attractive table and the fun of people trying on my knitted hats and then, sometimes, deciding to buy one! I'm relieved to hear that your inventory was the product of years of knitting. Otherwise I would have felt decidedly inadequate. Will you do it again?

We'll see. Daughter really wants to. And I'm sure I could dig up more inventory!!!

Oh, your table looked BEAUTIFUL, Steph! It's just dripping with fibery deliciousness.. *swoon*... Sooo VERY HAPPY for you & your daughter that you sold so much!! :) Selling one's handmades is hard. I tried for years. It was fun sometimes, but but it was hard. And you have to hang on to the fun, as sometimes it doesn't pay... LOL! But it gives courage to keep trying. Well done! Such fun to see--so glad you shared! ((HUGS))
