Loving this book.
Hoping this yarn holds out the rest of the week.
Lighthouses...
Lobsters rolls....
and the unofficial meeting of 'The Book Club'....where my college friends and I spent an afternoon sharing our 'best reads' of the past year. Two pages of tried and true 'winners'!!
I'm in piggy heaven.
The socks look familiar. I love the colors. Glad the book is good - next please. Eat some lobster for me!

Everything looks great. That yarn is amazing, my tummies rumbling and I could just devour that lobster roll and love Annie Proulx...I enjoyed Bird Cloud I've recently picked up a couple of her books of short stories and another Anne Tyler novel at a local coffees shop. They have a shelf of books to take and donate a contribution. They always have really good ones. I love the sound of your unofficial book club meeting. I hope that you share the list...
Have fun,
debx

You're a beautiful knitter. And what a great combination - Annie Proulx + yarn.

What a perfect trip. Who doesn't love lobster rolls (well, ok, not all of your commenters do!)? But everyone loves a beautiful lighthouse!
Would you share some of the titles that were highly recommended?

Books and knitting: comfort for the soul. I too am a fan of Annie Proulx and of sock knitting. What IS that yarn? I want it. And I too would dearly love to get my hands on the reading list you and your pals have compiled.
