I can't decide if twin blanket #2 should have scattered blue dots with most of the dots red (reverse of this one)----or if I should keep most of the dots blue and scatter a completely different color. Any opinions???????????
(does this really matter? or is it a good excuse to take a break from mitering?)

I like the idea of the reverse, it is just beautiful!!

You could go either way! I have not opinion either, but I do think that the blanket is gorgeous and will be well loved :)

I think that the blankets should be a little different because even though they are twins, they will be a little different. They'll spend a great portion of their lives getting matchy stuff...be the first original :)

Wow! I think either way would be amazing. It's lovely, Steph. How do you manage to knit so fast?

Beautiful Steph! I'd also vote for the reverse (red with random blues) -- very nice work!

That is a very classy and classic looking blanket. Kid should like it even when they are finally grown up.
